The governmental ELMA-registry for Norwegian Peppol receivers has been down for very many hours. Jcloud do not use ELMA and we also cache all ELMA-data. Most other norwegian providers however do use ELMA. Delivering Peppol-documents to other companies not hosted by JCloud might cause issues or delays.
